Hill Top Haven is within a short walking distance to a sand beach that offers both salt and fresh water swimming. A great place to chase the surf in and out looking for beach glass, a sunset walk or sitting with your toes in the sand relaxing. On your way to our 100+ year old working lighthouse you can stop at the wharf to watch the men unload their catch of the day or have a chat with some of the locals. If a quiet place for a morning coffee is needed you can sit out on your private back patio and plan your day.

The Cape Breton Highlands National Park which borders Neil’s Harbour boast beautiful hiking trails, look offs, beaches, picnic areas, and of course wild life. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of a moose or a deer.
